Well-being Is About Learning How To Fulfill YOU

Why did I create Kaleidoscope Holistic Wellness? It wasn’t an idea that popped into my head overnight. Having had a long and successful career as a corporate leader in a high-stress environment, I’ve personally lived the external challenges of climbing the professional ladder and navigating the monumental expectations we women place on ourselves.

I found mindful awareness at a stressful point in my career and I struggled to incorporate it into my everyday life. I felt it was important for me to show up at my best, so I started with a short, consistent commitment to mindfulness every morning. Practicing mindfulness gave me a way to check in with myself every day and be more intentional in my actions because I didn’t want to let down the people I led and managed.

Well-being Is Attainable

I believe that well-being is not a luxury. It’s not about, “when things calm down around here, I’ll start to take better care of myself”. When do things ever calm down, and how long do you have to wait to feel that you deserve to practice mindful self-care?

Well-being is foundational. It should be at the start and at the heart of how we see ourselves and how we take care of ourselves. It’s about acknowledging our authentic and whole person in everything we do.

A Fulfilled Life Starts With Learning You

When you understand who you are and what you value; and when you align that with the choices that you make, you’re going to find fulfillment. Unfortunately, women are most often focused on everyone and everything around them, so that they neglect taking the time to get to know themselves as individuals.

We don’t ask ourselves what we want, we don’t know who we really are separate from everything and everyone around us. This lack of self-awareness makes it all the more challenging to begin making choices that align with ourselves and our goals.

Gaining Clarity in an Illumination Session

In my initial conversations with my clients, I see evidence of an incomplete or unbalanced picture of “self”. These conversations inspired me to curate the most essential tools for self discovery into the Illumination Session I offer.

During this process, you will gain clarity on how the areas of your life and health are influencing your overall well-being, and you will be able to pinpoint what truly matters to you and gain awareness of your unique strengths.  With this in hand, you can begin to acknowledge yourself as a whole person and make the most of what you enjoy and are good at.

How Can I Help?

I want you to discover and connect with your whole self. Let me be your guide and help you dig in to uncover what’s happening in your world, both personally and professionally, that’s affecting your entire well-being. If you feel that you’re giving and giving and afraid you’re running on empty, let’s talk and see how I can help.
